Companion Tempering Furnaces T Max. 300°C & 700°C Electric or Gas Fired

Type Hac
This high convection furnace with a streamlined circular cross section performs high precision tempering, stress relieving, preheating and annealing whether on its own or as a companion to the FLUIDCARB Sealed Quench furnace. Gas tight construction allows processing in air or inert gas. Low thermal mass insulation ensures quick response to set temperature changes. Special cooling system options for controlled and rapid cooling rates.

Type Cyclone
A very high convection, high pressure furnace fan specially designed for dense loads like fasteners dumped in a basket. The convection path & fan pressure rating ensure uniform convection through the work basket which is also shielded from radiation to guard against spot overheating.

Type Flovac
A vacuum purge inert gas furnace with a retort and sealed atmosphere cooling system. Designed for high temperature processing of components requiring a bright surface finish. A sealed atmosphere cooling system cools the charge rapidly uniformly in protective atmosphere. Also performs nitriding /nitrocarburising with add on module.

Washing Machines
High efficiency washing of dense loads by a spray-dunk-spray sequence. Effective oil separation system without moving parts. Electric or gas heated.

Auxiliary Equipment

  • Endosyn - Methanol Dissociation
  • Endogas Generators
  • Burnout furnaces
  • Slow cool chambers, air or inert gas
  • Single / Double ended charge cars
  • Scissors lift tables
  • Storage conveyors
  • The LBHT Cell
The Linked Batch Heat Treatment cell comprises; one or more Fluidcarb furnaces, tempering furnaces, wash machines, automated charge cars and auxiliary equipment, one or more articulated storage racks.

LBHT Scheduling & Operating SCADA Software
Manual effort is restricted to loading work baskets on (and removing processed basket from) the storage racks and keying in. Change scheduling, moving baskets from this or that equipment and data acquisition are enabled by the software, driving the transportation and processing equipment on the basis of plant features, process parameters energy conservation and urgency.
