 The FLEXICARB is a carburising plant that combines the advantages of a continuous pusher tray with the flexibility of batch integrated/sealed quench furnace.
The central rotary indexing chamber of the furnace can hold trays for the length of time required to achieve the case depth in a particular tray.
Consequently parts with different specifications can be processed simultaneously thereby eliminating the need to pile up inventory or run the furnace empty between job changes.
