Overhead conveyor furnaces use power & free type overhead conveyor which allow disengaging of components from the conveyor (when quenching and washing) and re-engaging for tempering.

The hardening & tempering furnaces (and other auxiliary equipment) have a longitudinal opening on the roof, which is of a special design to reduce significantly the otherwise high degree of heat loss that would occur.

Complete turnkey plants incorporate auto assist loading heat treatment, rapid cooling after tempering & unloading supervised by SCADA control system & optional extras like in-line hardness testing.
